Alain is responsible for maintaining and supervising the course of our service delivery to remain consistent and meet both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customers expectations. In addition to his extensive industry experience in the provision of professional management, as Certified Trainer and Assessor Alain also has extensive experience lecturing at universities in Indonesia and Australia. Alain is a member of REIV and MFAA; and studied in extension programs from Harvard University, The University of Pennsylvania and Tsinghua University.
